Have you ever wondered why men had rather go hunting or fishing on Sunday morning instead of coming to church? Have you ever wondered why they will endure the most brutal weather to kill a deer, but they will not sit in the comfortable confines of your church. It’s because the challenge of the hunt is more exciting than the security of the church.
But the answer to this problem is not a new fad or a new approach, but it is found in living the life of faith……. Faith will always call us to believe something that is unlikely, improbable, or impossible. And that is where men want to live.
I call living by faith, life’s greatest adventure. It’s been mine and I believe it will be yours as well.

This fourth Golf Circle Event of 2025 is now open. It’s our annual Golf event. This year we are having the event at the Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club, April 3-6, 2025.
The Frio Valley Golf Club is nestled in the Frio River Texas Hill Country region, is a par 72, 18 holes, 7,333 yards championship course. Panoramic views of the Hill Country are found on every fairway and premium Zoysia grass underfoot makes this a must-play course.

Our Gene’s Trout Fishing Trip Event is held in Salesville, Arkansas, in July 17-20, 2025.
Gene’s Trout Resort in Arkansas has been our destination for trout fishing for a few years now. The cabins there can hold our dozen men and give us plenty of room to hang out between our fishing trips.
